Shipping Policy

  • Each handmade furniture piece is customized and crafted with care.

2. Shipping Destinations

  • We deliver outside India to select international locations.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.
  • Any import duties or customs fees are the buyer’s responsibility.

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Refund & Return Policy

1. No Refunds on Customized Orders

  • Since our furniture is handmade and customized, we do not accept refunds for change of mind.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
  • We will assess and offer replacement or store credit.
  • If you replacement your order than contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos replaced product in 7-10 days, And if order is customized than product not replaced.

3. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are only accepted for wrong or defective products.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and reported within 7 days of delivery.

4. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.
